Return Policy
Please contact your customer service representative or salesman before returning any allowable merchandise.
Allowable Returns
Stock merchandise purchased within the last 30 days, must be in original box with no alterations or other markings made to the box.
All merchandise for return must be in sellable condition. Returns are not allowed on partial cases unless sold in partial cases.
Customer is responsible for any and all applicable fees such as freight, restock charges, UPS call tags, etc.
There is a 15% Restocking Charge for all items returned.

Item purchased 31 days over the invoice date
Close Out Items
Floor machines and Equipment (Covered Under the Manufacturers Warranty)
Note: Special Order Items cannot be cancelled or refused at time of delivery.
